Shipping & Delivery Information
At Union Workwear, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely using trusted UK delivery services.
Shipping Options
Standard Delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (approx transit time 2-3 working days)
- £3.80 for under £35
- Free on orders over £35
Express Delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (approx transit time 1-2 working days)
- £6.40 delivery fee
Order Cut-off time
For Express & standard shipping, our order cut-off time is 2 PM (local time) on any working day.
Orders placed:
- After 2 PM
- On weekends
- Or during public holidays
will be processed on the next working day.
This estimation calculated to customer's delivery address not for any collection point.
Our fulfilment centre location is Unit 4, 17 Shirley Street, London, United Kingdom E16 1HU. All orders will be fulfilled from this location.
Courier Services
While we primarily use Royal Mail tracked services, we may occasionally use alternative tracked courier providers depending on parcel size, delivery locations, or operational circumstances.
All shipments will include tracking where applicable.
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. During busy periods, our order handling time may slightly delayed but not more than 1 working day.
If there is any significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate at checkout.
Union Workwear cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer. Although Union Workwear always try to resolve any unexpected issues linked to orders.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has despatched but not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment. But please keep in mind we are not in control of any courier related errors.
