To manage our diverse inventory efficiently, we utilize a secure, shared storage facility to house our physical stock. However, we do not utilize automated third-party dropshipping; every single order is transferred to, processed at, and dispatched directly from our shared fulfilment facility by our own member of staff. Our internal team personally inspects, quality-checks, and packages every garment at fulfilment location before handover to selected couriers, ensuring complete transparency, rapid fulfilment times, and a 100% authenticity guarantee on every item we sell. Our fulfilment centre location is Unit 4, 17 Shirley Street, London, United Kingdom E16 1HU.
